Appointments have been made for First and Second Deputies of Chief of Police which will become vacant at the end of March.
President Ersin Tatar today chaired a meeting at the Presidency that was attended by Prime Minister Ünal Üstel and Security Forces Commander Major General Osman Aytaç.
Ali Adalıer, who served as the Police Chief in Girne, was appointed as the First Deputy of the Chief of Police which will become vacant at the end of March whilst Kaan Resa Saçar, who served as the Director of the Police School, has been appointed as the Second Deputy of the Chief of Police, effective as from April 1, 2024.
