President Ersin Tatar’s wife First Lady Sibel Tatar donated two dialysis machines to Gazimağusa State Hospital.

First Lady Sibel Tatar, visiting Gazimağusa State Hospital this morning with the Minister of Health İzlem Gürçağ Altuğra, came together with the patients who received service from the donated machines; conveyed her well-wishes and presented the certificates to the nurses who took courses on dialysis machine.

Stating that kidney diseases have increased recently in the world and in our country and that more dialysis machines are needed in hospitals, First Lady Sibel Tatar noted that she donated two dialysis machines to Gazimağusa State Hospital as part of this need.

First Lady Tatar expressed that the government and Minister of Health Izlem Gürçağ Altuğra, did their utmost to eliminate the deficiencies and thanked the company representative who helped with the delivery and installation of the machines and the training of the personnel. She wished these machines to be beneficial to the hospital and patients.

In her speech, Minister of Health İzlem Gürçağ Altuğra emphasised the vital importance of the hemodialysis service and thanked President Ersin Tatar's wife, First Lady Sibel Tatar for her contributions.

In his speech, Deputy Chief Physician of Gazimağusa State Hospital Eyüp Göksu thanked First Lady Sibel Tatar for her donation and stated that the number of dialysis machines has increased to 14 with the two machines donated to the hospital and this will increase the quality of service.
