President Ersin Tatar and President of the Republic of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan exchange Eid al-Fitr congratulations
President Ersin Tatar talked to the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, on the telephone today and congratulated him and the people of Türkiye on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Fitr on behalf of himself and the Turkish Cypriot People.
As well as congratulating Eid al-Fitr, President Tatar also wished peace, prosperity and well-being to Motherland Türkiye and to the entire Islamic world.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan congratulated President Ersin Tatar on Eid al-Fitr and wished it to be beneficial for the Turkish Cypriot people and the Islamic world.
During the telephone call, the two Presidents also discussed the meeting of President Tatar with the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres last week in New York.
