President Tatar said:
“We all know the value of the TRNC. This society has seen very devoted and hardworking teachers. I would like to thank our teachers who worked in difficult conditions many years ago. After those hard times, our education system and economy are better developed now. With the new educational institutions being built, our students will continue to receive good education. We are a secular Republic. The people of the TRNC have achieved and continue to achieve success under all the circumstances. We respect our teachers. They are very valuable to us. Our teachers make sacrifices even under difficult conditions and provide the best education to children. They not only teach, but also prepare children for life. With these feelings, I congratulate all the teachers on the Teachers' Day.”
