President Ersin Tatar attended the Iskele Long Beach Run Award Ceremony and presented the awards who achieved success.
In his speech, President Tatar congratulated the participants from different countries and the organisers of the marathon held in Iskele Long Beach, the developing region of the TRNC.
Pointing out that the TRNC is encountering some political problems, President Tatar said despite all the problems, those who believe in our country and invest in our country are giving the message that the Turkish Cypriots deserve to be included in the international community. President Tatar concluded his speech by expressing his best wishes to the winners and all participants and added that "we have a very beautiful country with our democracy, institutions and organisations, and municipalities."
