President Ersin Tatar condemns Quran burning in front of the Turkish Embassy in Sweden

Rasmus Paludan, the leader of the fascist Stram Kurs (Tight Course) in Denmark, burned the Quran in front of the Turkish Embassy in Stockholm following the permission of the Swedish police.
More importantly the Swedish security forces tolerating this fascist action is a manifestation of hostile anger against faith and sacred values of 2 billion people around the world, which cannot be explained by democracy and freedom of thought. Such outdated approaches are a threat to the entire humanity and world peace.
In the face of attacks against our historical, religious and cultural assets, the authorities of the relevant countries should immediately take necessary actions against the perpetrators of such hate crimes. Taking these steps is more than a necessity, it is a duty towards world peace, tranquility and humanity.
