President Ersin Tatar congratulates Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Türkiye, on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Adha (Kurban Bayramı)
President Ersin Tatar has congratulated Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Türkiye, on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Adha (Kurban Bayramı) in a telephone call on Sunday.
President Tatar extended the Eid al-Adha greetings in his own name and on behalf of the Turkish Cypriot People to President Erdoğan and to the people of the Republic of Türkiye.
As well as congratulating Eid, President Tatar also wished peace, prosperity and well-being to Motherland Türkiye and to the entire Islamic world.
During the telephone call, assessments were also made with regards to the preparations being continued for the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the Cyprus Peace Operation that will be held on July 20. Furthermore, evaluations were made on the upcoming summit of the Organisation of Turkic States – where President Tatar will be participating alongside the heads of state and governments -- to be held in Shusha, Azerbaijan.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan congratulated President Ersin Tatar on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Adha and wished it to be beneficial for the Turkish Cypriot People and the Islamic world.
