President Ersin Tatar has participated in the Remembrance Sunday service organised by the Royal British Legion Kyrenia Branch

President Ersin Tatar participated in the Remembrance Sunday service that was organised by the Royal British Legion Kyrenia Branch and held at the Old British Cemetery in Girne.
President Tatar laid a wreath in memory of the Turkish Cypriots who died whilst serving the Crown in the world wars as well as for British serviceman who were killed by the EOKA terrorist organisation between 1955 to 1959.
Accompanying the President was the Turkish Cypriot Co-Chair of the Committee of Missing Persons in Cyprus, Hakkı Müftüzade, who also laid a wreath for the Cyprus Regiment and Foreign Press Officer Kerem Haser.
