"World Syndrome Day was declared in order to raise awareness for  individuals with special needs.  I convey my respect and love to all my brothers and sisters with Down syndrome and their families.

You beautify and enrich our world with your awareness.

The State is taking steps to increase the awareness of the difficulties experienced by our brothers and sisters with Down syndrome and special needs,  every year we spread the awareness of the importance of early and continuous education, and we strive to improve the quality of life of these individuals.

We will continue to do our best to remove the obstacles that prevent individuals with Down Syndrome from participating in society and realising their personal potential. Differences make society a whole. We are very happy to have you.”
